The Shape of Rain

Loneliness exists in our lives, this experience present visualization of loneliness. Experiencer will go through three chapters: Raincoat and Umbrellas, the Shelter and the Shape of Rain. Which represent the relationship between self and others, self-isolation and get along with loneliness. The work: the Shape of Rain tries to convey that loneliness is not an enemy, but how we get alone with it.

Rain as a metaphor of loneliness. The experience raise the question: What is your loneliness look like? In the last chapter, experiencer get to interact with the rain to generate different forms, let experiencer have new perspective on this matter.

Applying Physical computing, step outside from standard VR controller, making a rain coat with electrical circuit to dress up. Which invites the experiencer to get in the character and scenario, providing a more intuitive and poetic interaction.
