AWARDS 2020 SANRIO PUROLAND PRIZE
The area of activities of the theater and performing arts and such have narrowed across the board due to recent self-restraint mode. In order to take on this question, we propose contemporary work as a new expression in the VR/AR medium.
.
●Newness/Invite real humans into the virtual world
・Create a 3D avatar for the performing artist.
・Record actual dance with motion capture in advance. Present an expressive production which could not be achieved on the real stage.
●Experience/Your house becomes a theater
Having the diversion of AR, I dared to make the background in black,
By turning off the lights, even the house filled with a lived-in feel quickly becomes an aquarium or a planetarium!
●Expand the impact and performing arts infinitely.
・It harmonizes with nature and becomes one with this universe.
An expression to remember such an ordinary thing.
“As I am not bound by time, place and physics, it becomes infinite. I just do it.”
By expressing infinitely in a finite space, it is transmitted to viewers and listeners.
I dug deep and challenged questions from a certain master poet.
VR HMD is required for the ultra experience of the work. Learn how to experience it here.

planner.
Good at graphic design and coaching.
I want to change the world by enlivening art and culture with the power of VR (XR).
To remind people to "live in the present"
Continuing to create works with messages that are not bound by existing tools and stereotypes
-
There are three points that I appreciated about this work. Extensibility (the sense of depth that keeps expanding, and the technical possibilities of further expansion from here), Immersiveness (the feeling of being able to completely enter the world created by this dance in a different space), and Beauty (the images are so beautiful that it draws you in and makes you want to watch more).
The image of this world appearing in the space of Puroland will make you feel right at home in this digital content, and for a moment, you will be able to enjoy a different kind of entertainment, but at the same time, you will feel comfortable with the real Puroland.
I thought this work embodied the new way of entertainment that we are aiming for, which is to go back and forth between the real and digital worlds, so that visitors can return to the real Puroland without feeling uncomfortable.Prize Owner 2020
