The phrase "禮崩樂壞" is an ancient Chinese idiom that translates to "the collapse of tradition and the destruction of music". It suggests that in the chaotic situation of modern society, people no longer give importance to traditional values.
This AR work is about people's adaptability to rapidly changing values. Using the form of the traditional Taiwanese Opera, this work is about the idea when the traditional values collapse as a natural phenomenon, how can we human try to adapt this in an absurd, unbalanced and kind of chaotic way.
